In 2005-8 Mode developing the Virtual Cenotaph for the City of Charlottetown and based upon a meeting held in 2007 with the Department of Vetrans Affairs Canada. The MODE team along with The CN Pensioners Association, have been developing The Virtual Cenotaph. It's purpose is to pay tribute,Lest We Forget.
